Four high school "Ride or Die" besties reunite for a 30th birthday getaway, but the women's much-needed weekend of wine and laughs takes a dark turn when they realize that the male teacher who changed each of their lives for the worse just happens to be staying at the Airbnb next door.
This is a staged reading of Eric Mansfield's new modern drama ahead of its expected premiere in early 2026.

Demise
In a rehearsed reading of this work in progress, the family matriarch dies under suspicious circumstances. Was it an accident, suicide, or homicide? When her will is read, choices must be made.
The audience is encouraged to provide feedback to the director and the playwright in the discussion that will follow the play.

Theater Warming Party!
You are invited as our guest to join us in our new-for-now home — Greystone Hall. We will
gather to see this historic theater and enjoy our first productions on their stage. On Saturday
December 14, 2024 at 2:00 come to the lobby for refreshments and then take your seats for
“Ghost Light” directed by Gary Davis and “The Gray Ghost of Greystone Hall” directed by Rose
Gabriele, both featuring the Silver Lining Players. We guarantee a supernaturally good time!
Greystone Hall is located at 103 S. High Street in downtown Akron. The theater is on the 6th
floor. Parking is available on the street or beside the theater or across High street in the Akron-
Summit Public Library deck. Doors open at 1:30. Please let us know if you can come and of course, bring a friend.
